Responsibilities o Greet customers in a courteous and friendly manner o Provide an excellent customer experience to both internal and retail customers o Dispatch service work to technicians and monitor production o Be in constant contact with customers of cause and correction for needed repairs o Prepare accurate estimates for all needed repairs and recommended services o Monitor the status of all repairs and promptly advise customers of fees o Write and monitor warranty claims to various manufactures o Assist other team members within the dealership as needed Qualifications o Working knowledge of standard repairs, parts, and accessories o A good mechanical understanding of how the equipment operates is essential o A positive attitude towards both customers and team members o Strong customer service and organizational skills are a must o Ability to sell service o Basic computer skills and ability to comprehend directions o Team player o Give customers the best service experience possible Recommended Skills Claim Processing Coordinating Customer Experience Customer Satisfaction Customer Service Expediting Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
