Job Description 1st time New Hires $2,000 Hiring Bonus $2,000 Sign On Bonus 3 step program Must meet sign on bonus eligibility requirements o $500 paid after completion of one (1) month (30 days) of employment o $500 paid after completion of three (3) months of employment o $1,000 paid after completion of six (6) months of employment Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Observes mechanical and electrical devices in operation to locate causes of trouble.Fabricate, disassemble and assemble production equipment to gain access to and remove defective partsAdjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments.Repairs or replaces defective parts.Lubricates and cleans parts.Performs preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on all equipment. Weld, perform sheet metal work and employ basic shop floor skills (lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools).Install, move, and relocate machinery/equipment according to blueprints and other drawings.Read and interpret electrical blueprints and equipment manuals.Performs other duties as assigned by the Lead or Supervisor. Basic QualificationsMinimum of three to five years' experience in an industrial maintenance role.Knowledge of troubleshooting food production equipment such as conveyors, servo motors, packaging equipment and electrical components.Experience in inspection of all included above and the ability to make recommendations on the proper level of replacement and inspectionAbility to make recommendations on spare parts, lock-out tag-out, guarding, and the level of operator involvement for proper machine integrity.Knowledge of PLC's and frequency drives and the ability to troubleshoot and replace. Desired Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry and knowledge of GMP's and SQF audits would be valuable CompetenciesAbility to work safely and follow all safety rules and criteria.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. NBSP;Ability to communicate to all levels of associates. Ability to use CMMS systems and other computer software.Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form Work EnvironmentOur environment is clean and temperature controlled. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. The employee frequently is required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
