Essential Functions This position requires strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities and will be required to assist with the continuous change and growth of our business.
Provides administrative support to the Human Resource Manager on all personnel matters and assists with payroll processing.
Assists the HR team with recruitment and new hire orientation activities.
Maintains safe practices and procedures.
Maintaining files and filing information on a daily basis Answers basic employee questions and redirecting to other resources as needed.
Schedules and organizes meetings; and coordinates interview schedules.
Other project work as defined by the human resources team.
Basic Qualifications Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Ability to handle multiple tasks with the ability to prioritize Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures/systems, managing files and records, proof-reading and designing documents/forms/reports Must be self- directed and reliable Desired Qualifications Previous HR Experience Experience in a manufacturing setting.
Competencies Strong oral communication and language skills to establish and maintain business relationships.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
