Position Overview:
Resident Engineers (RE's) at Netskope act as an extension to our customers technical teams. RE's provide hands on support for our customers deploying the Netskope Cloud Security platform, integrating directly with their team and providing configuration, deployment and testing support. As a Netskope RE, you will work with some of our largest clients, helping them accelerate the Activation and Adoption journey for the Netskope platform. Working directly with Customer teams and internal Customer Experience team members that provide Architecture and Design, Configuration, Deployment and Testing services. In parallel, you will also work with the customer to apply relevant configurations in pursuit of using the Netskope Cloud Security platform to achieve their intended results and maximize Time to Value (TTV). As a trusted technical advisor to the customer, you will be able to align their business and security goals to the Netskope platform roadmap; provide feedback into the product development process on behalf of your customer; and also guide the customer towards new features and enhancements that will help them meet those goals. Successful candidates will be highly technical, customer-centric and proactive team players that possess the empathy to build strong relationships; drive customer loyalty and help ensure the customer realizes the fastest TTV for Activation of the Netskope Cloud Security platform. Required Experience and Skills:
Directly integrate with Customer's team, acting as an extension to Customer for deployment related activities for the Netskope Cloud Security platform. Serve as the trusted technical consultant for Customer's project team responsible for Activation and Adoption of the platform. Hands on deployment support of the Netskope Cloud Security platform including configuration, integration and deployment support, to accelerate the customer's journey from pilot deployment to full production. Provide leadership in the identification and resolution of technical issues that are blocking successful platform deployment; orchestrating cross-functional teams across Netskope and the Customer organization to implement corrective actions. Generate comprehensive customer facing documentation based on the Netskope best practices and Customer specific configuration. Establish and maintain an in-depth, hands-on proficiency across all aspects of the Netskope platform to drive all phases of technology deployment and integration within Customer's environment. Coach customers to be Netskope product experts and enable their teams around features and capabilities, to help them become increasingly self-sufficient in day-to-day operations. Directly assist with policy creation, configuration, and fine-tuning. Understand how our customers are utilizing Netskope's solutions and recommend additional features that can be leveraged to increase their security posture. Play a leading role in identifying and assessing customer needs for added-value services such as Professional Services and Training. Create knowledge base content to capture new learning for reuse throughout the company and user base. Escalate customer issues to management when appropriate. Maintain an overview of support case progression to identify themes/trends and ensure that business context is represented during the issue resolution process. Develop and deliver formal weekly report to summarize account status, task progression, open issues, and pending activities. Highlight any concerns regarding customer retention and/or growth to the relevant Netskope team members and collaborate on action plans to address; with the ultimate aim of retaining and building our customer relationships. Other Requirements:
Understand and actively support customers deployment requirements. Deliver day-to-day hands-on configuration and deployment support for the Netskope platform on behalf of the customer. Generate customer facing documentation, including integration points with Customer environment. Provide best practices guidance and execution for deployment in support of customers' use cases. Drive policy work including creation, testing and ongoing fine-tuning. Drive data analysis and reporting from Netskope platform on Customer request. Coordinate updates on product and feature enhancements relevant to Customer deployment requirements. Maintain and deliver weekly status reports. Align with Netskope Support as Customer advocate and hands on support during an escalation. Travel up to 15% Preferences:
Experience with working with a Fortune 500 company Prior experience in early stage startups Scripting Language (Perl/Python) HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS HIPAA, PCI, PII, ITAR, GLBA, SOX, etc. Data encryption Technologies Education:
BSCS or equivalent technical degree.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Systems Architecture & EngineeringEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
