Responsibilities The work you will do Client relations including attendance at client meetings and interaction with existing and new clients Discipline leadership for internal project teams Project management including project planning, scoping, budgeting and QA/QC Leading the building design process. This includes programming, design concept planning, and design development. Performing code reviews, reviewing specifications, and preparing cost estimates. Preparing full construction documents in collaboration with our other disciplines and assisting with coordination of work. Production of architectural and structural models, including sections/details, using Revit. Bidding and Construction Phase services. Projects include municipal buildings, parks and recreation facilities, water and wastewater buildings, and other project types Qualifications What you bring Skills & Knowledge / Education &
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering required (master's preferred) 10
years of prior experience in the field of architecture or engineering required Proficient use of Revit required Experience with AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, and Microsoft Office required Outstanding communication skills, ability to multi-task, and work within a team environment Personal drive to take a lead in completing projects, assigning tasks to others and reviewing their work, and maintain open lines of communication
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Architecture & Interior DesignEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
